Refund Policy

All sales are final. Merchandise may not be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange, unless the merchandise received was damaged, defective, or is not the item purchased.

A restocking or processing fee of the greater of 15% or $15 may be charged for qualified returns. No return will be accepted or processed without prior written authorization. To obtain authorization, please email [email protected] within 14 days of the delivery date. Please reference your order number and include photos of damage, if applicable.
