NovaLash Certification courses are offered in all 50 states and in 40 countries worldwide. We train students per their resident state’s licensing requirements. Most states require a cosmetology or esthetics license in order to apply lash extensions.

NovaLash Certified accounts with no purchase activity for 2 years or more will be considered inactive. NovaLash stylists with inactive accounts are welcomed back at any time.  

• To reactivate an account, NovaLash may require stylists to submit recent photos of their work and/or complete a brief online lesson. This ensure stylists have the knowledge to achieve the absolute best results from our products.

As a lash artist, it is important to know that cyanoacrylate-based adhesives are sensitive to their environment and require some simple maintenance. Please review the following tips and information on how to best care for your Platinum Bond adhesive. 

• Keep the lid closed tightly at all times; air enters your bottle each time you open and close it.
• Ambient moisture and chemicals in the air affect the consistency.
• After dispensing a drop, be sure to wipe excess adhesive off and replace the cap tightly.
• Use your adhesive frequently, one bottle at a time.
• The amount of time lapsed between each use affects the consistency and shelf-life.
• Do not stock your adhesive, purchase as needed. Cyanoacrylate adhesives change consistencies over time, even when unopened.
• Store in a cool, dry environment within 5° +/– of 77 °F.

Licensing requirements to perform lash extension services in a student’s country, state, or local municipality are a student’s responsibility. NovaLash (U.S.) ONLY accepts applicants who have completed the proper courses to become licensed Cosmetologists and Aestheticians in their area. NovaLash will also accept Lash Specialty Licenses. 

You will receive your certificate via email after completion and approval of all case studies. 

• The NovaLash Case Study Program is offered as a free after-class service to help NovaLash students practice the skills they learned with professional online support and guidance from their trainer. Through before and after photos via email, trainers can help students fully understand the techniques and skills required to perform eyelash extension procedures.

NovaLash Stylist Listing Terms and Conditions: By submitting an application for a Stylist Listing, applicants acknowledge that they are NovaLash certified and authorized to perform lash extension services in the location(s) they operate. Knowledge of licensing requirements is the applicant’s responsibility. Applications are subject to approval. Applicants agree that NovaLash may use their name, photos, and media submitted, for use in, but not limited to, novalash.com, marketing materials, PR, advertisements, manuals, books, and banners for any purpose, at any time, including internationally, without any fee or other form of compensation.

Minimum Quarterly Purchase Requirements:

• One Bundle or two Mini Bundles
• 10 cleanLASH
• Quarters are: Jan/Feb/March – April/May/June – July/Aug/Sept – Oct/Nov/Dec

What happens if my listing is suspended?

• If NovaLash terms and conditions or minimum purchase requirements are not met in one quarter, your listing will be suspended for the following quarter.
• A suspended listing is still listed on novalash.com/find-stylist but is no longer visible to the public.
• NovaLash reserves the right to suspend or delete any listing due to misconduct, too many service complaints, misuse of professional products, misrepresentation of NovaLash, or at NovaLash’s discretion.

How can I lift my listing suspension?

• Once the requirements are met again, your listing will be republished the following quarter.
• Stylists can file an appeal for listings that have been suspended due to misrepresentation of the NovaLash brand or otherwise by emailing [email protected].
