NovaLash Terms & Conditions

All payments to NovaLash using the online credit card facilities are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.


All transactions are final and are processed in U.S. Dollars ($ USD).


Postage is estimated in your shopping cart and displayed to you before you confirm your order details. Orders received after 2 pm CST ship the next business day. Business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.


Upon successful payment processing, you will receive a confirmation of your payment. If your payment is unsuccessful, NovaLash will not be advised why the payment has failed, therefore, you should contact your credit card provider for details. If your payment fails, an alternative payment method will be required prior to shipment of your order.


Online payments will be processed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and your credit card number will be protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the internet. NovaLash will not have access to your credit card details.


All sales are final. Merchandise may not be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) was shipped. Qualified refunds and returns are charged a restocking fee of 15% or $15 (whichever is greater). No product can be returned without advance authorization. To obtain advance authorization, contact NovaLash at [email protected] within 14 days of the delivery date. Please reference your order number and photos of damage if applicable.


NovaLash Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time. Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms & Conditions that were in place at the time of the transaction.
