Assist with print and web assets, which a primary focus on editing photography to enhance and highlight focal points. The ideal candidate will have a sophisticated sense of design related to both print and digital media with a minimum of 3-5 years of advertising and design experience and will be proficient with digital editing, animation, videography, and Adobe Creative Suite.

The successful Business Development Representative (BD Rep) will actively seek out and engage customer prospects and educate lash artists in the industry to help them Experience the NovaLash Difference. BD Rep will work to provide thorough and technical solutions for existing and potential NovaLash customers in an effort to boost top-line revenue growth, NovaLash market share, and profitability.
Responsibilities
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Business Development efforts and outreach will be 80% of the successful BD Rep’s time
• Assist the support group to provide resolution of customer problems and complaints
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and provide status reports as needed

Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels
Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective and attractive graphics and other visuals
Design and curate engaging content for social media platforms
Analyze social campaign performance, make content recommendations, and share weekly/monthly reports
Serve as a community manager by engaging with fans, followers, prospects, partners, and members and assist with fan engagement by responding to customers and prospective customers in real-time on social media
Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
